ما هوش طبیعی ها مدافع هوش مصنوعی هستیم اما مدافع یک هوش مصنوعی انسان محور ، خلاق و امن. در تمام طول تاریخ تمدن بشری، قوم های گذشته سعی کردند تا ایمنی و کیفیت بالای زندگی را برای بشر تامین کنند لذا در معنای رشد و توسعه در حرکت روبه جلو جهان در قرن 21 نسبت به گذشته باید جای امن تری برای زیستن و حیات باشد .

باید مانند تولید محصولات ارگانیک، برای محافظت انسان از ضایعات سیستمی این دست ساخته انسان به دنبال استاندرارد و حقوقی بود. باید حقوقدانان در کنار تکنولوژیست ها در هر صنعت هر چه زودتر به سیاستگذاری و تدوین خطوط مجاز عملکردی این شبه علم جدید در حوزه تخصصی خود باشند. تاخر فرهنگی به هنگام بکارگیری تکنولوژی در برخی جوامع سبب ایجاد عواقب خطرناکی برای انسانها شده است. باید مراقب بود .

همانطور که می دانید، در مقابله با بحران، پیشگیری بر درمان ارجحیت دارد. در زمینه توسعه هوش مصنوعی و ابعاد و زیرسیستمهای ایجاد شده توسط این بخش از تکنولوژی هم باید پیشگیرانه محور عمل کرد.

نسل آینده باید در مکانی ایمن به رشد و تعالی خود بپردازد. کره زمین در همه ابعاد سیاسی اقتصادی، اجتماعی، تکنولوژیکی ، حقوقی و زیست محیطی و در همه صنایع و بسترهای فرهنگی باید جای امنی برای زیستن و کسب آگاهی بشر و بویژه نسل آتی باشد. تکنولوژی هوش مصنوعی باید در صدد رفع نیازهای بشری در راستای تسهیل تعالی انسان باشد البته با دوشرط اصلی: توسعه هوش مصنوعی 1. نه به هر وسیله ای و 2. نه به هر قیمتی

نباید مانند استفاده نادرست و نابجا از روشها ومتدولوژیهای مدیریتی در سازمانها، ما نیز با تولید هوش مصنوعی به شکل مخرب و آسیب زننده سبب اخلال در امنیت بشر شویم.

Lawyers should be together with technologists in every industry as soon as possible to make policy and formulate the permitted functional lines of this new quasi-science in their specialized field.

Cultural delay or cultural lag when using technology in some societies has caused dangerous consequences for humans. You have to be careful. As you know, in dealing with crisis, prevention is better than cure. In the field of the development of artificial intelligence and the dimensions and subsystems created by this part of technology, it is necessary to act proactively.

The future generation should grow and excel in a safe place. In all political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental dimensions, and in all industries and cultural platforms, the planet must be a safe place for living and acquiring knowledge of mankind, especially the next generation.
